Target Investments

Given the positive current market environment, Far East Holdings takes a more active and opportunistic approach in gaining short term investment profits, the Group intends to concurrently continue its existing business while developing the new short term securities investment business as one of its principal business activities.

Management will seek to identify further property investment opportunities in order to enhance and generate stable income stream to the Group.

Our investments have these characteristics:

• - High entry barrier to the business of our portfolio of companies;
  - Exclusivity / franchise-required / government-backed;
  - Close contact and communication with the decision-makers, mostly owners of invested companies;
  - Early investment with high-growth potentials at comparatively low-entry prices;
  - Reasonable investment amount; and
  - Niche market positioning
